DKSH – Taiyo´s new distribution partner for Spain and Portugal

DKSH is now Taiyo’s new strong distribution partner for the Iberian market. Already back in December 2021, DKSH announced the acquisition of the third-party distribution business of HealthTech Bio Actives (HTBA), a Spanish manufacturer and distributor of food and pharmaceutical ingredients. HTBA (previously known as Ferrer HealthTech) has been Taiyo’s exclusive distributor for the countries of Spain and Portugal for more than 15 years. The acquisition of HTBA thus also marks the perfect collaboration between Taiyo and DKSH.
